February 2026- Bug fixes, Enhancements & Documentation Updates

Bug:

1) Password Validation on Registration Page

We identified an issue on the registration page where users were able to proceed even when the entered password did not meet the required validation criteria. This meant the system was not properly blocking invalid passwords during account creation.

This has now been fixed. The registration process correctly enforces password validation rules and prevents users from proceeding until a valid password is entered, ensuring improved account security and a smoother onboarding experience.

2) Option Missing in Webhook Function Dropdown

We found an issue in the Flow Editor where the Webhook Function dropdown only listed predefined functions, preventing users from selecting or entering custom webhook functions used by some organizations.

Because of this, users could not add or select their own webhook functions through the UI, limiting flexibility when integrating custom actions into flows.

This has been addressed so users can now add custom webhook functions manually through the dropdown, improving flexibility and custom integration support within flows.

3) Unable to Add New Topic When Open a ticket with a human agent

We fixed an issue in the Flows → Open Ticket workflow where users were unable to add a new topic while creating a support ticket. The “Add new topic” option was not visible, preventing NGOs from saving and selecting a topic immediately as part of the ticket creation process.

With this fix, users can now add and save new topics directly while opening a ticket, and the newly created topic becomes available for selection right away.

Enhancement:

1)
Glific Trial Accounts:

We have introduced a new Trial Account system that allows organisations to explore Glific before committing fully. NGOs can now access the platform through a 14-day trial account, helping them understand features, workflows, and use cases in a hands-on way.

This update makes onboarding smoother by enabling NGOs to test and evaluate Glific independently, while automated notifications and tracking help manage trial timelines effectively.

Documentation Update:

Revamped Documentation:

1)
WhatsApp Forms

We have simplified the WhatsApp Forms documentation to make form creation and management easier to understand.

The update includes a clearer creation workflow, streamlined guidance for moving into the Form Builder, improved explanations of fields, lifecycle states (draft/published/deactivated), content types, multilingual handling, and optional Google Sheets storage. We have also added a helpful creation checklist, updated sending guidance, and added visuals for better clarity.
