Intro
We’re always working to make Glific the best possible platform for our users. That’s why we’ve overhauled the interface, making it simpler, more intuitive, and packed with helpful new features inspired by direct NGO feedback. Let’s dive into the changes!
Feedback Fuels the Redesign
To understand how we could optimize Glific for the organizations we serve, we did the following:
- In-Depth NGO Interviews: We spoke with multiple NGOs to gather suggestions and pain points.
- Detailed Audit Report: We carefully analyzed a comprehensive audit report by our design partner Think201 pinpointing areas for improvement.
Key Changes Based on NGO feedback
- Streamlined Menus: We’ve grouped similar items with submenus, making navigation a breeze.
- Improved Readability: Better contrast and text scaling make content consumption effortless.
- Help at Your Fingertips: Each list and form page features help popups with explanations and direct links to help documentation.
- Cleaner, User-Friendly List Pages: Reduced visual clutter and a sticky header provide a smoother workflow.
- Enhanced Flow Listing: Flows are labeled for quick and easy access.
Visual Examples
- Menus are grouped in the following heading: Flows, Quick tools, Manage and the links are kept at the last.

- Settings is easier to navigate with a simple sidebar submenu
