Bugs Fixed: 

1) Import Flow Issue:

    When we exported a flow from one account and tried importing it into another, we encountered an error during the import process. Although the flow appeared in the list, attempting to configure it resulted in a blank screen with no nodes. This was happening because the Google sheet read api was returning 3xx error code before.

    Now, when fetching a Google Sheet during the flow import, if a 3xx status code is received, we handle it gracefully by following the redirect to the new URL provided in the response.

    This way of import flow issue has now been resolved.



    Enhancements Done:

    1) Bhashini Optimizations:

    Previously, we encountered an issue with Bhashini where the audio quality was unclear in certain cases. So, we have a discussion with the Bhasini team to implement something which gives us better results.

    The solution we implemented are:

    – For English text-to-speech we are using openAI instead of Bhashini for better audio quality
    – Reduced the latency in Bhashini calls by using 1 API call instead of 2. 

    2) Dynamic Links for (Call to action )CTA Buttons in HSM Templates

      This feature will allow NGOs to dynamically generate personalized links at the time of flow execution.

      For example, if an NGO wants to send individual user reports using a unique user ID, they can now create a dynamic URL in their HSM message/template.
      This URL can use flow results or contact variables to personalize the link for each user.

      Navigate to Quick Tools in your Glific platform>>Go to Templates>>Add a Button>>Select URL as Button Type >>Set URL Type to Dynamic

      After setting it up, apply this dynamic URL feature as needed for your template.

      3) FileSearch: Enable Expansion of Instructions Box for AI Assistants for Longer Prompts

      Previously, the instructions box for AI assistants wasn’t expanding with long prompts, causing the prompts to become invisible.

      To address this, we’ve added a popup feature that allows users to expand the instructions box for AI prompts in the Assistants UI.

        Existing Documentation Revamped:

        1) Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Google Sheets API:

        We observed that setting up the GCS account and linking it to Glific was a common area where NGOs required support. To address this, we have added detailed screenshots and a video tutorial to guide you through each step more effectively.Read here
