Bugs Fixed:
1) General Reliability & Platform Improvements : Fixed issues affecting signup, layout, and webhook setup for a smoother experience.
Highlights:
- Deprecated Bhashini webhook nodes. Users can now use the new and improved speech_to_text and text_to_speech nodes instead.
Enhancement Done:
1) Copy and paste nodes in the Flow Editor: Building and editing flows is faster now that individual nodes can be duplicated, whether within the same flow or copied across different flows.
Highlights:
- Added the ability to copy and paste nodes within a flow and across flows.

2) AI features keep improving: A few smaller updates moved Glific’s AI tools forward this month, from the model behind voice features to how evaluations are managed.
Highlights:
- Updated the default model used for speech-to-text (gemini-3.1-pro-preview) and text-to-speech calls (gemini-3.1-flash-tts-preview).
- Added golden-question evaluations for Ask Glific.
3) Clearer navigation in the Glific Platform: Two menu items moved to where teams actually use them.
Highlights:
- Moved Contact Variables from the Flows menu into Manage.
- Moved Tags from Quick Tools into Manage.

1) AI Evaluations: Updated with step-by-step instructions for raising an evaluation request, plus refreshed screenshots throughout the walkthrough.Please do give it a read here .
