Bugs Fixed:

1) General Reliability & Platform Improvements : Fixed issues affecting signup, layout, and webhook setup for a smoother experience.

    Highlights:

    • Deprecated Bhashini webhook nodes. Users can now use the new and improved speech_to_text and text_to_speech nodes instead.

    Enhancement Done:

    1) Multiple WhatsApp numbers per group: WA Groups can now be connected to more than one WhatsApp number.
Admins can choose which number is primary from the group’s settings, and if that number ever goes down, Glific automatically switches sending to a backup number and lets admins know.

    Highlights:

    • Added the ability to assign and switch a group’s primary WhatsApp phone number from its settings panel.
    • Added automatic failover to a backup phone number when the primary becomes unavailable, with a notification shown to admins.

    2) Copy and paste nodes in the Flow Editor: Building and editing flows is faster now that individual nodes can be duplicated, whether within the same flow or copied across different flows.

    Highlights:

    • Added the ability to copy and paste nodes within a flow and across flows.
    • We have detailed documentation on this. Please take a look here.

    3) AI features keep improving: A few smaller updates moved Glific’s AI tools forward this month, from the model behind voice features to how evaluations are managed.

    Highlights:

    • Updated the default model used for speech-to-text (gemini-3.1-pro-preview) and text-to-speech calls (gemini-3.1-flash-tts-preview).
    • Added golden-question evaluations for Ask Glific.

    4) Clearer navigation in the Glific Platform: Two menu items moved to where teams actually use them.

    Highlights:

    • Moved Contact Variables from the Flows menu into Manage.

    • Moved Tags from Quick Tools into Manage.
